The student will start his day by first discuss with the manager on duty the tasks that need to be carried before we open for the lunch. Different tasks will be dispatched to the students: Consult the recipes book, prepare the miso en place for an allocated working stations, make sure the line is full and set up for the service, ensure quality of the food that will be served by following HACCP procedures. Ensure that the working station is clean at all times.
Obviously, the chef (leermaster) will follow the school program and will work closely with the teacher and the student.
