At Camping Europa Silvella, reception interns will receive comprehensive training to develop both technical and interpersonal skills. In the first weeks, they will be welcomed by the front office team, led by our Front Office Manager, Silvia. They will learn essential procedures such as check-in and check-out, guest interaction, and internal communication within the team and across departments.
Students will also be trained to sell tickets for local attractions, provide information about the campsite and the surrounding area, and handle guest complaints professionally. Over time, they will gain experience in managing online reviews and analyzing guest feedback.
Depending on their interests, students may explore additional areas such as basic marketing, cash management, or HR operations, ensuring a tailored and enriching learning experience. Our goal is to provide a dynamic environment where students acquire valuable skills for their future careers.;

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and make the most of this opportunity. A good command of English is essential, and some basic knowledge of German is a plus. Most importantly, we value students who are willing to challenge themselves and embrace this experience with an open mind and a positive attitude.
We expect our interns to enjoy working closely with people, have a natural inclination for teamwork, and be ready to fully immerse themselves in both the professional and personal aspects of their time at our campsite on Lake Garda. Prior experience is not necessary; what matters most to us is a strong desire to grow, a willingness to step out of their comfort zone, and a genuine curiosity to learn and develop.
Our ideal student is someone who sees this internship not just as work, but as a life-enriching journey, ready to make meaningful connections and gain valuable skills along the way.
