The internship at Al Pontile, the restaurant of Camping Europa Silvella, can begin between April and June, depending on the student’s availability. The restaurant, located on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, provides an exceptional setting for personal and professional growth.
The student will join a young, dynamic, and cohesive team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our guests. Tasks include welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, preparing the mise en place, serving dishes from our international menu, and maintaining high standards of attention to detail and cleanliness.
Additionally, there is the opportunity to explore bar service, gaining valuable skills in beverage preparation and guest interaction.
This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to the F&B industry, emphasizing teamwork, professionalism, and guest relations. Accommodation is provided, along with a monthly allowance of €800, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience.;
