At Camping Europa Silvella, we are still looking for "all around" intern for reception, restaurant & bar, and for the open air area. The interns will receive comprehensive training to develop both technical and interpersonal skills. They will learn essential procedures such as check-in and check-out, guest interaction, Restaurant tasks include welcoming guests, guiding them to the internal communication within the team and across departments.
Students will also be trained to sell tickets for local attractions, provide information about the campsite and the surrounding area, and handle guest complaints professionally. Over time, they will gain experience in managing online reviews and analyzing guest feedback.
