The student will first discuss with his/her manager on duty to dispatch the different tasks that need to be carried out for the day: following SOP for the bar, service, setup the tables for the servce, clean the different parts of the restaurant, first point of contact with the guests, taking orders, serve the customers by following our high standard pratices, check in with the guests, take payment,….
